I would like to look at adding a tickbox that must be ticked on checked for customers to confirm they have read the T&C. I cant see an add-in for it but does anyone know of a way to add something ?

After adding a new page type it may be required to clear the cache.
If your site is using the default.php page rather than one named after your page type handle.
